1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QuizWin, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use QuizWin. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Quiz Participation

• One attempt per user per quiz
• No use of external assistance or cheating tools
• Tab switching during quizzes may be recorded
• Results are final and binding

5. Payments and Prizes

Entry fees are non-refundable once a quiz has started. Prizes will be credited to winners within 24-48 hours after results are declared.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using automated systems or bots
• Sharing answers with other participants
• Any form of cheating or fraudulent activity
