1. Entry Fee Refunds
Entry fees are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Quiz cancelled by QuizWin before start time
- Technical issues preventing quiz participation (verified by our team)
- Payment processed but registration not confirmed
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- User missed their booked slot time
- User started the quiz (even partially)
- Poor performance or low score
- User device or internet issues
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email support@quizwin.com within 24 hours of the issue
- Include your registered mobile number and quiz details
- Describe the issue in detail
- Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Prize Withdrawals
Prize money will be credited to your wallet within 24-48 hours after results are declared. You can withdraw to your registered UPI ID or bank account.
